Timescales
Congratulations on your engagement, and thank you for your interest in our luxury handmade wedding stationery!

All handmade wedding stationery is made to order and will take approximately 3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Your invitations/ save the dates will be sent out within 3-6 weeks, with other items such as Order of Service/ Menus etc. sent nearer the time of the wedding. You should send details of what is to be printed inside the Order of Service /Menus and guests' names for Place Cards /Seating Plans a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the wedding.

Timescales
Please allow 3-6 weeks for us to complete your order, although we will do our upmost to honour any time-limits however demanding.


sample
A maximum of three samples may be ordered and each will be charged at the individual design price excluding P&P.

We aim to have samples delivered to you within 7 days of your order. However, please allow more time during our busy summer and winter periods.

Delivery
Orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the stationery either at home, your place of work or other designated address.

Payment
A deposit of 50% of the order value is required before work on the order commences, with the balance due before the last part of your order is dispatched. (in many cases this will be a couple of weeks before the wedding). All stationery is personalised to your individual requirements. Refund or exchange can be given only where the merchandise is faulty or the specifications of the order have not been met. In the event of cancellation, all work in progress must be paid for in full.

Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order. The balance will be payable before your order is dispatched. If an order is cancelled you must pay for all work done that exceeds the 50% deposit. Any alterations that need to be made as a result of negligent proof reading by the client will be charged accordingly. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage once goods are dispatched.
